Welcome. I am so glad you’re here.

Choosing to work on yourself is not easy. My clients inspire me with their courage to seek help and their willingness to work hard to improve their lives. I would be honored to partner with you to help you reach your goals. My approach has been described as warm, open, and collaborative. I use various evidence-based interventions, which are treatments shown to be effective via research.

I’d love to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call with you via phone or video to get to know you.

*Please note: I am not currently accepting new clients or offering phone consultation calls at this time. I anticipate having openings in spring 2025 and will update my website when I have openings on my waitlist. Thank you!
